Sinterklaas Visits ESH

We were very happy to welcome Sinterklaas and his Zwarte Pieten to our school last Friday morning. All pupils welcomed them by singing songs and by dancing. The Zwarte Pieten caused a bit of a stir, running around and riding on skateboards.

On Friday 26th November, Year three had a special visit from Lena’s Uncle Marc who was visiting The Hague on vacation. We are studying How Humans Work in Discovery of the World and he is a surgeon at a hospital in Munich.

On Wednesday the 26th of November the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) organised the second Cake Bake & Book Sale for this school year. French books were sold for the first time this year and it was a huge success!

Primary 4B Rocket Launch

‘The intrepid space explorers of 4B launched their own rockets last week. On November 20th the rockets blasted off! Having designed and made their own rockets, they were finally launched from the top of the school building.

Euroclassica ELEX Vestibulum Exam

On Tuesday 16th of May the S4 Latin pupils who succesfully participated in the  Euroclassica ELEX Vestibulum Exam, which was organised by Euroclassica, have been awarded with their Gold, Silver and Bronze Certificates.

Walk of Hope March 30

On Thursday, March 30, more than 230 students of the ESH participated in the Walk of Hope with the motto: 'Oneness of Humanity'. They walked from the International School The Hague to the Peace Palace. Read more
